Position: Industrial Painter – Experienced
Location: 6061 90 Avenue SE, Calgary, AB
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and masking to ensure optimal paint adhesion.
- Apply primers, enamels, urethanes, and other coatings using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment.
- Operate and maintain painting equipment, ensuring safety and quality standards are met.
- Inspect finished surfaces for quality, making necessary touch-ups or adjustments.
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and maintain workflow efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an industrial painter, preferably in the automotive or heavy-duty vehicle sector.
- Proficiency with various painting techniques and tools, including airless sprayers and conventional spray systems.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Ability to interpret technical documents and specifications.
- Familiarity with safety protocols related to painting and coating applications.
